Our instructors are movement facilitators, not licensed medical or healthcare professionals. They act as facilitators rather than commanders, offering movement suggestions and spatial cues, then inviting participants to adapt each pattern to their own body and comfort.
There is no correct way to move — only your way, explored with curiosity and care.
